An International Infopoint
Collaborating, performing and building creative relationships across borders can be an inspirational experience for artists. However, organising multi-national cultural projects and understanding the legal requirements of international taxation and visa regulations can be a complicated task.
Wales Arts International is one of four European infopoints for international working and can provide information and advice on a range of topics.
Artists coming to Wales can click on the links on the right hand side to find answers to some frequently asked questions such as: -
Artists based in Wales can contact us for advice on building a project overseas, working with international practitioners, accessing international networks and finding funding for their international work.
You can contact us on +44 (0)2920 441367 or info@wai.org.uk if you’d like to discuss your question in more detail.
There are three other infopoints that can advise and assist with information on working in Belgium, Spain and The Netherlands. On their websites you will find useful information on working in each country as an artist, and you can also contact them using the information below for further advice.
