A Publication by Wales Arts International and Wales Literature Exchange
Turning Tides is a publication that explores contemporary writing from Wales. It was launched at the Prague Book Fair in May 2004.
In close collaboration with Wales Literature Exchange, Wales Arts International has produced this publication that profiles thirty-four writers from Wales, with essays by writer Robert Minhinnick that consider both Welsh language and English language poetry and fiction.
Photographer Toril Brancher was also commissioned and travelled the country taking portrait and landscape photographs of the writers and their environments.
