International Showcasing

Wales Arts International is working with the British Council and partners in the theatre sector in Wales on various activities to assist in the development of international working. These activities include a mix of focus groups, seminars, research visits, publication and networking events and showcases such as the British Council Showcase at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2011.

The series of development focus groups and seminars have been in partnership with British Council, National Theatre Wales, Sherman Cymru, Chapter, and Aberystwyth Arts Centre. The seminars aimed to promote and discuss issues and benefits of international showcasing, with particular focus on the British Council Showcase .
