Valleys Kids
Mzansi Cymru is a large scale, open access, intergenerational community production written by Laurence Allan with music by Paula Gardiner, featuring a Community Choir/Orchestra, dancers, inspired by the film Zulu and the struggle in South Africa. It will involve local performers alongside professional artists. In parallel to building the performance, the project is developing photography, writing, film-making, art and crafts in both Wales and South Africa, juxtaposing and celebrating two distinct cultures.
